General Information
Krtsanisi is a neighborhood in Tbilisi, located on the right side of the Mtkvari river. The place was an agricultural village previously. Krtsanisi first was mentioned in the 14th century in the documents. So, it’s a place with an old history.
With the document, which was created in 1735, Ortachala belongs to Krtsanisi district. Now the place is reduced and the territory comprises of less space.
Krtsanisi includes different important neighborhoods: Ponichala, Krtsanisi, Ortachala.
