General Information
Sanzona is located on the left side of the river Mtkvari. It officially belongs to Nadzaladevi district. Sanzona represented two water reservoirs before. These reservoirs provided the water for the city. Previously in the place of Sanzona there was a fruit orchard. Now the neighborhood is highly populated and is an important part of the city.

Accessibility Of The Neighborhood
It’s very easy to access Sanzona from different parts of the city. Although it isn’t considered as center of Tbilisi, it’s in a very convenient place. Different kinds of transports are available in the place. You can catch a taxi, take a bus or a minibus or use a metro station. Moreover, there are two metro stations available in Sanzona: Grmagele and Guramishvili.
