Although Didube is not a “posh” neighborhood, Expo Georgia – the territory where international exhibitions and events take place – is located at Tsereteli Avenue. Didube is a more convenient place for investors who are involved in constructing industry as there are many shops and companies selling everything connected to it. And the most important – Eliava Trade Center, is located in Didube where you can find a lot of building material stores.
As for the property, mainly you will encounter block buildings in Didube. An average price for buying property there is $783 (sq. m) and renting $6.05 (sq. m).
Didube is not particularly close to the city center but it is very easy to navigate as there are many options to move around. Important fact is that there is one of the largest bus stations in Tbilisi from where buses and minibuses depart to different regions of the country such as Bakuriani ski resort, for instance. Didube neighborhood has three metro stations – Tsereteli Station, Gotsiridze Station and Didube Station. Besides, you can always opt to minibuses or buses – 7, 16, 26, 38, 69, 89, 109, 121, 157 that are moving to all parts of the city.
