These words are best to describe the small but such diverse and interesting country. That’s why a lot of tourists love it and some of them are even coming back for good.

Warm people, who are always ready to help; weather, which is nice in every season; beautiful nature – trees, rivers, lakes… and big cities that never sleep. These are the reasons why you should invest in Georgia.

Kazbegi

Let’s go deeper. I will start from most visited alpine place Kazbegi, which is not far from Tbilisi. It’s only 149 km away and truly mesmerizing.

Kazbegi is positioned 1700-5000 meters high from zero base. That’s pretty high. And there is a very famous church, Gergetis Sameba, which is always full of tourists in every season. From Gergetis Sameba you can see an  unbelievable view of the village of Kazbegi and from the clouds and you may think that you are in fairy tail.

One of the options to get there is by horse riding, so lots of tourists are interested in this place for different reasons, that’s why it’s the most visitable and best alpine place to invest in.

Batumi

Next stop is Batumi – black sea; 401km away from Tbilisi. Quite far but you can go by train as it’s the safer and faster option. Trains are new and in very good condition. Batumi is a very pleasant city with many nice hotels, restaurants and beach lounges where you can enjoy your time.

The nightlife in Batumi is also quite something, especially in summer, because it’s a sea region but it also has luxury casinos. Additionally, Batumi has awesome weather in winter, so visitors will spend their time with pleasure here any time of year.

If you have children or if you are into sea creatures, you can visit Delphinarium. I attended on one of the shows and believe me it was incredible.

One more interesting detail- Batumi is a port city. A lot of boats are floating or just standing waiting for visitors. If you want to enjoy boat trips, Batumi is the best option. There is also a fish market, where you can buy the freshest fish and hospitable chefs that will cook it in front of you. Food tourism is very popular in Georgia too, because we have a delicious cuisine.

Last but not the least reason why Georgians and foreign tourists love Batumi is that near Batumi is the most impressive music halls in the country. This is where jazz festivals and a lot of other amazing events are happening. Many first class stars are coming here to play; so sea lovers, food lovers, music lovers, people who just enjoy life, Batumi is your city and the best place to invest in Seaside of Georgia.

Tbilisi

Now I want to take you into our historical capital- Tbilisi, a city that never sleeps. Of course it’s most well known and most visitable place in Georgia especially during Tbilisoba.  Tbilisoba is an annual October festival which celebrates the diversity and history of the Capital. It was first held on October 28, 1979, and has since become an established tradition.  It’s taken place in old Tbilisi, where you can find all the tourists.

Old Tbilisi is the oldest and most beautiful part of the city, with historical churches and Mtkvari River, where diverse people are enjoying their mesmerizing boat trips. Here is also the Abanotubani area; Sulphur  Baths and Rike Park, which is very big and creatively made. Lots of tourists love to go there and enjoy their mornings and evenings in the fresh air.

In this area, there are a lot of restaurants, bars, clubs, casinos  and many other things. Most of the clubs in Tbilisi are located in Shardeni Street. This is a small area backed with bars and nightclubs, shoulder to shoulder along a series of pedestrian streets.

Up on the heel straight to Shardeni, lies Narikala. Narikala is an ancient fortress overlooking Tbilisi and the Mtkvari River. The fortress consists of two walled sections on a steep hill between the sulphur baths and the botanical gardens. On the lower court there is the recently restored St. Nicholas church

The view from Narikala is amazing but it’s even more impressive and harrowing in the night time. Old town melts into Sololaki area, a lovely and fascinating place to wander around, take photographs and explore the city.

Tbilisi is the real deal, full of contrasts and surprises. Here you will find lots of places where you will want to invest your money and settle down.
